It is a DC 10 ride check to attack on the same turn as your mount.
As for charging, I'd say either you attack as part of your charge OR the mount charges and pounces while you just hold on. I cannot find anything in the ride rules to back this up however.
For feats, Armor Proficiency is always nice so that you can put barding on your mount and improve its survivability. If you're going to have your mount attacking a lot, you'll want Improved Natural Attack. Fleet is a bit weak, but its your mount paying the feat tax for extra movement, and isn't that the point of a mount? 10 extra feet on a charge is nothing to laugh at.
Might help if you said what your mount was.

well that was the point: I'm hesitating between a rhino or a lion like pet.

I'm gonna have to disagree on the recommendation of imp natural attack. It's a waste of a feat. It winds up being 1 extra point of damage per attack, not worth it. Go for Weapon focus or power attack on the pet. A much better damage buff (focus for better chance to hit bosses, Power for faster take down of mooks).

would power attack/imp overrun would be good for him so he can make is own trample without me taking the feat trample?
As I read it, If i take trample, I give my mount the extra attack, but if my mount charge and over run it (I'll get a rhino as a mount) well then he will make is own action, while im mounting and getting an attack on someone on the way with ride by attack

So Its not totally clear for me in the books.
first: when i'm making charge (or just regular attacks) when im mounted, does my mount attack also?
second: when im charging, can my mount pounce??
Third: any good sugestion about feat for pet (i'm a paly)
First has already been answered.
Second : Yes, because you are not charging. Your mount is charging (and gets any special effect associated with its charge) and you just get the same benefits and penalties associated with the charge even though you are not charging yourself (page 202 of the core rulebook)
Third : Yes, with Greater Overrun, your Rhino will make his attack of opportunity against any opponent it knocks prone (as will you BTW as well as any ally threatening the opponent). And if you took Trample, your mount also gets the hoof attack in addition to the aforementioned AoO.
Some interesting feats to consider for a mount are the teamwork feats in the APG (if you take them also) as you will always be near your "ally", as well as such feats as Bodyguard and In Harm's Way (also in the APG).
