Giant Form and Enlarge Person

If a wizard first cast Giant Form I to become a Large troll.

If the wizard then casts enlarge person does he become a huge troll?

Since Giant Form is transmutation (polymorph) will any of the bonuses stack?

Would he be sized Huge but only benefit from the stat increases from Giant Form and twice the penatly to dex from both (like bonuses do not stack while like penatlies do stack)
Which would yeild: +6 str, -4 dex, +4 con, +4 natural armor?

This would yield worse then just Giant Form I but he could wield huge weapons.

From the text of Enlarge Person: "Multiple magical effects that increase size do not stack."

Enlarge Person would not stack with Giant Form because of this clause in Enlarge Person. Enlarge Person works on a creature who is already a giant because there is no magic making it this size.

Exactly!

Enlarge person states that magical effect that increase size do not stack.

Giant form does not increase size, it sets the size.

A Huge Storm Giant with either wizard levels or UMD on a scroll casts giant form to pretend to be a troll.

It did not increase in size the storm giant size was set by giant form I to size large. Can the now large troll cast enlarge person to bring itself back to huge?

This removes the whole in enlarge person that talks about increasing by stating just change your size.

Also iirc polymorph effects don't ever stack.

However, if the wizard/troll had natural attacks, he could cast strong jaw in order to get the benefits of a second size increase without actually changing size.
