you can take any rage power. archetypes just make suggestions. the totem archetype is just to group things for easy reading

One of the archetypes for barbarian is the "Totem Barbarian" which has no class feature changes of its own. So my question is could a Barbarian take Totem Powers as another archetype?
Yes. Totem Barbarian is just a normal barbarian concept with suggested powers. The rage power itself is open to all archtypes as I read it
