I work out 3 times a week to keep my diabeties in check and my buddy dave works out 5 times a week because he's 40 now and thinks his life is over so he's haveing a mid-life melt down no longer being young and cute.The 3 other guys are all military and stay in shape because they have to run and PT 3 to 4 times during the week so I guess were not your "typical" gameing group.
None of us maybe charlie sheen "adonis" material but we all have flat bellys and can run at least 3 miles with no problems. Gotta love military towns.
