How does quick draw work with a bow and arrow?
If your bow was sheathed, you could draw it as a free action as opposed to a move action or as part of a move action. as far as the arrows are concerned, I don't think there are any particular rules for that.
I know in d20 modern, you could declare you were going to fire your gun 5 or 6 times, but still only get one attack roll (or as many attacks as you could get with a full attack, so long as you fired one bullet per attack roll. Ultimately, you could empty your entire clip and only get one attack roll).
I would think arrows would be almost similar.

I swear that there was something like the Disruptive feat for bows, but I can't find it so I guess I was hallucinating.
It's in the APG.
With a well-placed shot, you make it harder for a nearby opponent to cast spells.
Prerequisites: Dex 13, Point-Blank Shot, fighter level 6th.
Benefit: If you ready an action to shoot an opponent casting a spell within 30 feet and successfully hit that opponent with a ranged attack, the concentration DC to successfully cast the spell is increased by +4.

Ah, thank you.
