From the description of Arrow Eruption:
You create exact duplicates of the arrow or crossbow bolt you used to kill a creature in the previous round and launch one at... (etc)
Since the spell'd go off the same round as you fired the arrow, it'd have no effect.
Also it doesn't duplicate spells and limited-use effects.
Aha! Missed that previous round specification, das ist gut.
"These duplicate arrows possess all the intrinsic magical properties of the arrow that killed the original creature as well as those passed on to it by your bow. They also enjoy the full benefit of any bonuses or modifiers you applied to the attack from other magical items, feats, and class or racial features."
So I'm guessing from looking at this you COULD use it to use the AA's Arrow of Slaying ability to nuke a 30ft radius the following round, but no interaction with imbued spells.

I'm not sure about the Arrow of Slaying... it might work, though.
I'm fond of using it with the Vital Strike chain, personally.
Vital Strike chain w/ deadly aim, arcane strike, and all the stacked elemental enchants (plus if you happen to have gravity bow up) gets pretty meaty as A 2nd level spell slot AOE option.
Gets up around 12d6+30 if everything is maxed and favorable.
