Help me find the 30 point buy system chart

My DM is having me make a character with the 30 point buy systems and I am looking for a chart online that he showed me earlier and cannot find it. If anyone know where it is and could post a link it would be great

Look here.

30 point buy means you can only spend 30 total points on "buying" your full array.

And puts you in way powerful territory. You are starting with fully double the points published scenarios are balanced against.

There is another weird system that he uses that is not so unbalanced
