But, they give us the newest Fright Night Trailer with more on David Tennant as Peter Vincent. And for that, I can forgive them (this once).

And here I was just going to ignore that this film was even going to be made and here you they had to do this. Whats next a remake of Lost Boys

Could you please repeat that?

My class (kindergarten probably) sang it from a book once or twice. I'm pretty sure no one really had it memorised like that though. Is it an East/South thing?

I used to sing that one too!

Did you ever see a llama wearing pajamas?
Did you ever see a moose kissing a goose?
Did you ever see a goat rowing a boat?
Did you ever see a bear without a care?
Did you ever see a cat swinging a bat?
Did you ever see a dog sawing a log?

Ah, memories. :)

Another song I don't know. Actually, I can't call that many to mind. I remember singing Baa Baa Black Sheep, but I don't remember any others off the top of my head (except for ones that share the same tune). My parents mostly played records. "Monkey Man" or "Music Man" or something is one thing I remember the name of . . but not the tune. Hmm. I guess my childhood was deficient.

After thinking on it while I wrote: "There Was a Bear" I remember. And "The Bear Went Over the Mountain."

C. Guys make fun of guys in heels.

<points finger> Haha!

Actually, I tend to purchase shoes with a substantial sole so that I might gain a few inches in height. Otherwise I tend to be somewhat short.

When we got a pair of stilts, I used to walk around the yard with them casually. I wanted to make them go higher, but they wouldn't adjust. And they broke eventually. (I can't remember how, but it wasn't me!)

It was the only "nursery rime" I was sung to as a child my friends knew. I got in trouble in Kindergarten for not singing it ding dang dong.

How do you feel about your stats in RotR?

I think they captured the feel pretty well.

It was funny, leading up to that issue hitting shelves a few of the Paizo guys commented to me on the boards or in the chats that there was something I’d really like coming up, but they couldn’t tell me yet ... well, I got a good new avatar anyway!

I don't remember seeing you before your new avatar. Of course, it could be repressed if it involved certain other board members (swidt?).

I'm afraid not. Then again, I don't see the focus button either. Didn't think I'd use it (focus), so I didn't worry. Is that (chat) why this thread has gotten so slow?

Not really. I’ve been posting to Paizo since October 2006, I don’t think I’ve taken a break from the boards longer than two weeks or so in that time.

No that's because Gary's code squirrels have been chewing their way out through the tubes the internet goes through

Dude, they've already put out a couple of cheesy sequels. Not all remakes are awful, although the vast majority are.

+1

Related story - One of my brothers has announced that he's engaged. He'll be 58 next month. 1st marriage though he has a fully grown son. My future sis-in-law is about 20 years his junior. She's really nice. Not sure what she sees in my brother. ;P

I can hear my wife's voice in my head telling me to not hold out hope for some 28 year old falling for me. Of course that whole married thing works against me. Hehe

Hello Fawlties

How is life the universe and everything going for you?

Work has been busy.... :-(

My eldest daughter watched some football (Not my preferred code Rugby Union it was Australian Rules Football) with me for the first time and she really got into it yelling at the tv it was cool... I am the only male in the house so I don't get to man stuff often so it was nice.

Both my 6 year old and 3 year old think farting is funny - and that dinosaurs are cool.

If I didnt pass those truths on to my children then I would be a failure as a dad.

My three year old picked up b++$#$+s and crap as swearwords from my wife. - Except she says cwap and borroks....

Sister in law is cool. She's friendly, her family is awesome, she adores my brother and she makes my brother blissfully happy. Pretty much all you can ask for. :)

In fact, now that they're married, I have family in Houston and San Antonio, even though my bratty baby brother (the one that didn't get married) just left Houston last week. I think I chased him away! :D

Its cool when you get good in-laws. My mother-in-law is wonderful. Lovely person, great cook and she passed all that on to her daughter.

Another thing that sucks at those temperatures is working outdoors... I had to toss my underwear when I got home, because the elastic band in the waist had bloody melted!

Anyone ever had that happen to them? I was quite... surprised when I discovered it.

They've started already? That's gotta be rough on the players today.

The Sweden v Finlan game isn't until 19:30, so plenty of time to get things done yet.
