My technical title is called a Loan Document Specialist 3. I work on preparing and looking over loan refiances before they're sent to the title company. I'm basically the last person that looks at the loan, makes sure everything is correct and sends the final docs that you sign. It's a fairly nice gig. Well, it's refis and specifically with the HARP program. But if anyone is interested in getting a home refinance I suggest it. It may be around 5% but that's still a good rate.

That's conceivable. The only time I know that PMG actually listed the top posters was a couple years back when I was #2 behind Heathy. Since then I've fluctuated in my posting rapidity.

To Solnes and Moorluck, these disputes happen it's all part of a marriage and I love you both and wish you and the kids well.
