On top of last night's neighbor problem, which resulted in a crappy 4.5 hours of sleep, our water heater failed during the night. Water on the floor, but minimal damage. Both the wife and I are off work as a result. Good? Bad? Who knows yet.
On a good note, I have a friend that runs a heating n cooling company and he's getting someone out here today and not charging me an arm and a leg.
Tomorrow will be better!!!!!
