No, but it does count for any melee attack. The requirement of an immediate action means (if it is not your turn) that it consumes your next turn's swift action, which means you can only do it once per round.


No. The phrasing is singular. "The Ranger may reroll his attack". Also, on top of this, the usage requires an immediate action, of which you only have one.
