Shambling Mound???

I just looked at the srd page for the shambling mound and saw a ton of info on it that I would like to know the validity of. There is a list of shambling mound only feats and variant options. I was wondering if these are fan made or if they are official.

It is from an accesory (Dungeon Denizens Revisited) from what I can read in pfsrd, so it isn't part of the Bestiary, but it is part of a Paizo Accesory that gives more details about monsters.

That appears to be correct, though I haven't read that product myself, it matches the description of other monsters who have gotten the "Revisited" treatment.

There's a bit label right on the page that says, "This content is from
the Paizo Core Rules." That's about as official as it can get.

OK, there's lots of confusion going on here.

1 - you're looking at d20pfsrd, which is fan-made. paizo.com/prd is the official one.

2 - these are shambling mound variants from Dungeon Denizens Revisited. It is a book from Paizo, which isn't "core" but those variants are Open Content.

3 - d20pfsrd could really improve their labeling system at times.
