Working on a Rhino form but the single attack no matter what the BAB is killing me. Is there any way to improve the number of attacks a round from this form? It just doesnt seem right that so large a creature would have the same attacks as a 5th lv fighter no matter how big it got.
Working on a druid tank but not seeing anything particularly fun or impressive. The Dire Tiger and Raptor have impressive attacks per round but not the armor.
Any suggestions?

McShade is correct, the natural armor bonus comes from the spell, not the animal. A Druid who wildshapes into a rhino has the same bonus as one who wildshapes into any other Large animal.
For 45,000gp an amulet of mighty fists of speed might let you attack twice per round. Getting a party member to cast Haste probably makes more sense. Rather than focusing on increasing your number of attacks you might want to boost the damage per attack. Check the Strong Jaw spell in APG as well as the Vital Strike feats and Improved Natural Attack (not available in PFS). The hippo behemoth in Bestiary 2 has a particularly nasty bite for 4d8 damage. Another trick to get an "extra" attack would be to take the Cleave feat.
If you're looking for a "tank" the elemental forms are probably better than the animals, at least at higher levels. To raise your AC get a party member to cast Mage Armor on you. Another option is taking a level of Monk so you can get your Wisdom bonus to AC or hoping you can find and afford wild armor.
Even better, take Augment Summoning and summon some tanks...

I'm pretty sure if your base attack bonus is high enough you can get more than one attack. ie. +6 / +1
Not with natural weapons.
The creature could attempt an unarmed strikes and use their natural weapons as secondary natural weapons (with a -5 penalty to hit and half Strength modifier). In that case, you'd get the additional unarmed strike attacks with higher base attack bonus. You'd probably need Improved Unarmed Strike to make it work. . . but unless big-time Strength is involved it probably won't be as good as just taking the full primary natural attack.
Edit: yuck, looks like you'll need TWF too. . .
You can make attacks with natural weapons in combination with attacks made with a melee weapon and unarmed strikes, so long as a different limb is used for each attack. For example, you cannot make a claw attack and also use that hand to make attacks with a longsword. When you make additional attacks in this way, all of your natural attacks are treated as secondary natural attacks, using your base attack bonus minus 5 and adding only 1/2 of your Strength modifier on damage rolls. In addition, all of your attacks made with melee weapons and unarmed strikes are made as if you were two-weapon fighting. Your natural attacks are treated as light, off-hand weapons for determining the penalty to your other attacks. Feats such as Two-Weapon Fighting and Multiattack can reduce these penalties.
