I believe this is in Emeril's Guide to Having Your Cake and Eating it Too.
Sorry...couldn't resist. I don't know what if any book it's in. If you think it's a good idea, write it up and use it.

Channeler of Light and Dark:
Prerequisite: Ability to channel energy, neutral alignment
Benefit: As a full-round action, instead of its normal effect, you can choose to have your ability to channel energy use the opposite force you selected when you gained the class feature. For example, if you chose to channel positive energy, this feat allows you to channel negative energy.

As far as I know there is no official material that contains that ability.
Quoting for emphasis and agreement.
One of the players in a recent PFRPG game I was sitting in on tried to pull this one on the GM and was soundly trumped, as there is nothing in the rulebook for it.
Also, "Celestial Half-Porc," you have a fantastic user name.

Just saw this. Thank you.

Pretty sure i saw an employee comment that having the ability to channel both positive and negative energy would be grossly overpowered and it's a big no no. If you want something for your own game it would have to be homebrew.
+1
This sounds extremely too powerful. Just being able to switch back and forth!?! Maybe if you had to choose each day what path you were going to take, but just to be able to toggle would be too much.
Huge restrictions would have to come with that like not being able to cast spells with [good] and [evil] descriptors.
