Hobgoblin ruffian rogue build advice / help

Advice

Hello folks! i working on my first pathfinder 2nd edition character and have settled on a fear-based hobgoblin rogue with the ruffian racket after hearing some good things about it.

A few quick important notes:
1) I read that "Remorseless Lash" is a must have hobgoblin feat for a fear build, as
well as the Warrior background for the "Intimidating Glare" feat.
2) DM is allowing the free archetype rule.
3) Game is starting at level 1.
4) Preferably would like to use a thundermace for my character's main weapon, but other weapon suggestions are welcomed.
5) Assuming DM is using the default stat boost/flaw system (no rolling).

I'm hoping I could get some build advice/ideas on what other feats/abilities I should focus on, when to take them and what trips/tricks you have about playing such builds, perhaps also suggestions on a good stat array?

thank you in advance for your help and time!

For archetype: Marshall makes good use of intimidation

If you go Gladiator you get some interesting Options to and have No Trouble going into shadowdancer later (thematically odd Combo I guess :P )

And I just realized that when you get to increase your Fist damage to d6 somehow (Talos heritage for example) you can go wrestler
Wouldn't Support fear by much, but you could Grab an enemy and then against the grabbed (flatfooted) enemy make a Sneak Attack suplex

Probably the best way to keep fear but that not everyone like the thematic is take a Bard Dedication with Dirge of Doom.

As Tactical Drongo Marshall Archetype is also a good option.
