Armor / max dex / dodge / mobility question

Hey all,

Lets say I have a Dex 18 level Fighter wearing a Chain Shirt. This is a base AC of 18.
1 - If he takes Dodge is he AC 18 or 19 while wearing the Chain Shirt?
2 - If he has Mobility and is being attacked with an AoO is he AC 18, 19, 22, or 23?

I didn't think Dodge or Mobility dodge bonuses were considered against Max Dex when wearing armour but I have the Hero Lab program and it seems one AC short when I built my fighter. It then occured to me that Mobility also might be hindered.

Dodge bonuses stack, and do not apply against Max Dex. I suggest checking your weight load. You may be at medium encumberance, which has a Max Dex of +3.

Herolab counts you cash weight. If you have a bag of holding try putting your coin in that ;)
