Was wondering if while under the effects of a blink spell you attack somone with a ghost touch weapon.
since ghost touch weapon functions both as corporeal and incorpreal does it effectivley exist in both prime and etheral plane simultaneous and as such even when you go etheral it still has presense in the prime plane
thus you don't suffer the 20% miss chance for attacking while blinking ?
heh or is that strethcing the rules ?

The spell description for the Blink spell says this:
"An ethereal creature is invisible, incorporeal, and capable of moving in any direction, even up or down. As an incorporeal creature, you can move through solid objects, including living creatures."
The description for Ghost Touch weapons says this:
"A manifesting ghost can wield the weapon against corporeal foes."
Therefore, yes, a ghost touch weapon does negate the 20% miss chance suffered by someone using the Blink spell.

Your conclusion does not follow from the cited text.

He is saying that if I cast blink and attack you with a GT weapon, I don't suffer penalty. While his citation is incomplete, the conclusion is still valid, in both directions I might add.
A ghost touch weapon deals damage normally against incorporeal creatures, regardless of its bonus. An incorporeal creature's 50% reduction in damage from corporeal sources does not apply to attacks made against it with ghost touch weapons. The weapon can be picked up and moved by an incorporeal creature at any time. A manifesting ghost can wield the weapon against corporeal foes. Essentially, a ghost touch weapon counts as both corporeal or incorporeal.
