The spell description for the Blink spell says this: "An ethereal creature is invisible, incorporeal, and capable of moving in any direction, even up or down. As an incorporeal creature, you can move through solid objects, including living creatures." The description for Ghost Touch weapons says this: "A manifesting ghost can wield the weapon against corporeal foes." Therefore, yes, a ghost touch weapon does negate the 20% miss chance suffered by someone using the Blink spell.

Everything's fine with my bank and my card. I've checked with my bank and even made an online purchase on another site. It still isn't working.

This doesn't make sense, as I've used this exact information to make several purchases in the past. Without changing anything, the site suddenly won't process my transaction. The problem MUST be on your end. EDIT: I just ordered something off of ThinkGeek using the exact same information and the order was placed without a problem. There is simply no way that this is something I did or a problem with my information.

I thought I clicked it, but I do not have the subscription in my account nor do I have a confirmation email of my order. I do not know what to do. I'm having a similar problem. I've been trying to order two PDFs, and after a trip to my bank to deposit my paycheck and verify that I do indeed have the money available, every time I click on "Place Your Order," I get bunted back to the "Payment Method" page. I've received no confirmation email nor have the PDFs appeared on my Downloads page. Why is this, how can it be bypassed, or when will it be fixed?
I'm all for the idea of magical and technological development happening in the world. It gives the setting a sense of life. General understanding of magic and science shouldn't stagnate. Not to mention the fact that it's stated in the Gamemastery Guide that anachronisms shouldn't be that big a deal. Cultures advance at different rates in different areas, and besides, Golarion isn't Earth - particularly in that Earth doesn't have magic. It makes sense that a world with magic would advance more quickly.
I was reading the Monster Codex and happened across the ability for the Pugwampi Braid. It forces creatures within 5 feet of it to roll twice and take the worse result whenever the situation calls for a d20 roll. However, a rogue with the Peerless Maneuver rogue talent, while making an Acrobatics check to tumble through the Pugwampi Braid wielder's threatened area, can opt to roll twice and take the better result. How exactly do these two effects effect each other? |
