since you can mix multiple effects
does this mean I can summon a monster and give it a +4 stat buff and some +4 AC force armor as well , basically skipping over the need to buff it once its summoned ?
Or what if you mix offensive spells with summoning ?
creates a flaming cat which charges at your enemy and burns them while scratching their eyes out ? Or a dog with acid saliva ?
or would it simply result in a summoned critter that takes spell damage as its being summoned ;)

When using the single target word, all effects hit the target, the summoned creature in this case. So adding damage words would result in you summoing a creature and instantly blasting it. Not the best policy for a summoner.
Adding buff effects on is perfectly fine if you have the spare points on the spell, and it is a great time saver.
