I'm trying to figure out the options I have to create a character with all of the knowledge skills as class skills. So far, I can think of:
Wizard
Bard
Cleric with Knowledge domain
Are there any other classes or options in the core or APG that would give another class a similar breadth of knowledge?

Oracle of Lore?
Ah, I didn't catch that one. I also saw the feat "Breadth of Experience" that makes nearly equivalent to class skills if you're an elf, dwarf or gnome.
I figured there might be some prestige classes, but I was looking for something that makes them available from level 1.
Thanks,
Jamie

Bard is by far the best choice if you're trying to create a character with knowledge across the board. Not only do you have all of the Knowledge skills as class skills, but you have a lot of skill points to spend on them AND you gain bonuses to those skills for being a bard AND you can eventually take 20 on those skills AND you can make Knowledge checks untrained. Bards are all about knowledge skills, in fact.

Gnome Archivist Bard with Breadth of Experience ftw.
I agree with James Jacobs. Bard is by far the best choice.
I would say the Standard bard is the best. Bardic knowledge + versatile performance.Versatile performance lets you save skill points som you can boost your knowledge skills.
Archivist is good too, but I don't like it. That said I've actually never played an Archivist.
