This is the perfect spell for the Magus, why isn't it on my spell-list?!?
Chill Touch
School necromancy; Level sorcerer/wizard 1
Casting Time 1 standard action
Components V, S
Range touch
Targets creature or creatures touched (up to one/level)
Duration instantaneous
Saving Throw Fortitude partial or Will negates; see text; Spell Resistance yes
A touch from your hand, which glows with blue energy, disrupts the life force of living creatures. Each touch channels negative energy that deals 1d6 points of damage. The touched creature also takes 1 point of Strength damage unless it makes a successful Fortitude saving throw. You can use this melee touch attack up to one time per level.
An undead creature you touch takes no damage of either sort, but it must make a successful Will saving throw or flee as if panicked for 1d4 rounds + 1 round per caster level.

Now that could be very interesting for a magus. Particularly if, with spellstrike, the "charge" could be held over the normal effective duration of the spell. It would certainly help substantially with the limited-spells-per-day economy that it seems like a magus must practice. After all, the bard-like spell progression, with a class that has a focus on using spells in combat, seems to prevent a low-level magus from being spells-in-combat for more than one combat per day, two at most.
After all, with the 3/4 BaB progression, the under-8th magus isn't anywhere as useful of a party combatant after useful spells run short. (I foresee a magus left with only expeditious retreat in his roster after a second combat. "What more can you do?" "Uh... run away really fast?" *grin*)
I heartily agree with the OP, and hope that other (perhaps magus-only?) similar spells can be added to the class's spell list.

Im also wondering about a few other touch spells.
Ghoul Touch
Vampiric Touch
Bestow CurseThese seem like the bread and butter of the Magus (shiver, oh the horrible name).
Wow! Good point.
So how's about it Dev's. What was your reasoning for some of these spells being off the list? It is a playtest after all. Should we just playtest them ourselves and give you the results?
