Quick question

Rules Questions

...are there any spells that can freeze the top layer of a body of water?

In my mind I'm picturing a spell caster than can touch a body of water and create a layer of thick ice across the top of it. Strong enough to walk across.

(I realize "wall of ice" could work but I'm envisioning something else. Is there a spell that can do this but I'm just not remembering it?)

If there is not, then feel free to just say so.

Thanks!

oljuks(or whoever but pathfinder doesnt use names) freezing sphere could do it, also in one of the cold books (why are they all game breaking) it has rules that cold damage to water freezes it (i might be making that up. but freezing sphere will do it...sorta. also water freezes naturally on top so if you cast on of those make stuff cold spells it would do that
