This feat:

APG page 158 wrote:

Elemental Fist (Combat)

You empower your strike with elemental energy
Prerequisites: Con 13, Wis 13, Improved Unarmed
Strike, base attack bonus +8.
Benefit: When you use Elemental Strike pick one of the
following energy types: acid, cold, electricity, or fire....

mentions the use of Elemental Strike. WHERE is this defined? I searched both the PRD and APG for it, with no luck. And I found nothing in the forum either. So where is this?

thanks!

It's an obvious typo for "Elemental Fist". Or at least it seems pretty obvious to me.

Oh right. Guess I found a bug. I need mo sleep *smirk*

Elemental Strike
Prequisites: Base Attack Bonus +6
Benefit: Choose one of the elements (fire, cold, acid, or electricity). When making a full attack option, you may choose to forgo all illiterative attacks, and have your attack deal elemental damage of the element selected equal to your base attack bonus. This damage stacks with any other elemental damage you may deal, such as that from a flaming sword. This extra elemental damage is not multiplied on a critical hit.
Special: This feat can be taken multiple times. Each time, you must select a new element. The effects do not stack

Sorry for the necro but this is still confusing me.

Where is the text Chad Clemmens quoted from?

I agree with Hogarth that "When you use Elemental Strike" is a typo meant to refer to attacking using Elemental Fist's effect which should probably be changed to "When you make an attack using Elemental Fist".
However, To clear your confusion Grimmy I'd like to point out that there is a combat feat called Elemental Strike which can be found here:

http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/elemental-strike-combat

Despite the wording, they are two separate feats and the Elemental Fist combat feat has nothing to do with Elemental Strike, as Elemental Fist does not list Elemental Strike as a prerequisite.

The version that Chal Clemmens is quoting was a feat idea someone submitted on a forum for D&D. Link bellow if anyone is interested.

Also, Elemental Fist significantly predates Elemental Strike.
