Guiding Star (Su): Whenever you can see the open sky at
night, you can determine your precise location. When the
night sky is visible to you, you may also add your Charisma
modifier to your Wisdom modifier on all Wisdom-based
checks.
What kind of checks does the all Wisdom-based checks applies to precisely??
Does this includes a WILL save?
Does this includes skills checks that are based on WILL?
Thanks for the clarification!

I'd say they forgot to put the word skill between based and checks
Herolab software does not increase the will save with this ability , it does however increase the bonus on all WIS based skills

A wisdom check or a survival check is a check.
This will work on all your wis-based skills as well as wisdom checks. I can't think of anything else off-hand that it would affect.
WIS doesn't apply to concentration checks

Actually for Druids, Cleric and Rangers Wisdom mod is applied to Concentration Checks. However. I wouldn't classify a Concentration Check as a "Wisdom-based Check".

I would classify it as that for Druids, Cleric and Rangers.
This affects what?, Heal, Perception, Profession, Sense Motive, and Survival. Profession and Sense Motive are somewhat unlikely to come up under the night sky. Plus not hurting yourself when failing to use a scroll.

Yeah, absolutely. A concentration check is exactly that, a wisdom based check for the classes you listed.

Technically its a Caster Level Check, with a modifier equal to the casting attribute of your class.
Let me ask, would you allow a Circlet of Persuasion to increase the Concentration Checks of Sorcerers?

Yes, I would. That being said, I can see the argument in both directions. The fact is, the term "[stat] based checks" need to be clarified. If they only wanted it to apply to skill checks, it should say "[stat] based skill checks."
Both terms "[stat] based skill checks" and "[stat] based checks" show up numerous times when searching the PFSRD.
