Can the Paizo guys UN-officially give conversions?

Hypothetical situation...

Lets say I wanted to convert the Duskblade from Player's handbook II or a Shugenja from Complete Divine to Pathfinder RPG rules.

Or lets say I wanted to convert the Astral Stalker from Monster Manual III or the Beholder from Monster Manual I to Pathfinder RPG.

We are all allowed to post suggestions and come up with a conversion without getting into any legal trouble.

Would Jason Bulmahn or Erik Mona be allowed to post a suggestion on these boards?
Its not like its being published in a book or anything.

I think there might be problems. It's not in a book, but it's public. If wizards wants to be b#%$!y about it, they could complain.

They can't.

But all of the above works in PRPG without conversion, you just need to break down the skills to figure out what skills are what now, and if you can't figure that out on your own... well I won't be rude. :)

Seems to me the only thing to convert for classes is hp and skills. The Alpha guidelines were pretty clear on how the hp were changed up, and there's a chart showing what skills were rolled into what other skills... so that should be pretty easy to do as well.

As for creatures... probably should hold off on that until we start seeing the srd monsters converted.
