Duelist's parry ability

Rules Questions

Would a duelist be allowed to use his off hand attacks to parry?

Mine has TWF and ITWF with 2 primary attacks (4 total)
Am I able to as a full attack action save my off hands to parry incoming attacks?

How I have read it yes as long as you take no attacks with your off hand

Quote:
Whenever the duelist takes a full attack action with a light or one handed piercing weapon, she can elect not to take one of her attacks.[...]she can attempt to parry an attack against her or an adjacent ally as an immediate action. To parry the attack, the duelist makes an attack roll, using the same bonuses as the attack she chose to forego during her previous action.[...]

I'm not sure how to read this (about TWF), but it seems clear that you can only parry once per round.

In any case, in order to have off-hand attacks that are going to be taken you have to use TWF first, suffering the usual penalties.
