Was i bit confused last week-end about how to interpret low-light vision.
Just to make sure i got the basic at least, let's take a torch.
A torch got a 20' normal radius + a dim light radius of 20'.
#1 A human holding a torch would see clearly up to 20' + he would see "not that good" from 21' to 40' right?
#2 What about a gnome holding the torch instead? Does he see clearly up to 40' and "not that good" from 41' to 80'?
#3 And what if a gnome is standing at 39' from a human holding a torch? Does he consider himself in normal light?

1) Yes
2) Yes3) Yes he appears to be just at the edge of normal light for him, however the human holding the torch would see him to be in dim light.
