This ability replaces armor training 1.

I'm looking through the fighter options in the APG PDF and the abilities that replace armor training 1 brought forth a question.

Fighters can normally move at their normal speed while in medium armour at level 3. Normal movement in heavy armour at level 7. This is tacked on the end.

Do things that replace Armour Training mean you also lose the normal speed?

I would say so as that is part of the armor training

My interpretation would be that if this ability didn't replace *all* armor training it would delay the normal onset of armor training by 1 'rank', giving you AT1 when you'd normally get AT2 etc...
