Improved Natural Attack and Feral Mutagen?

Rules Questions

...Do the two work together?

I think that it works, the feat as written in the Bestiary says you have to have a +4 att bonus and a Natural Attack, so I believe that it would work,

However it is a monster feat not a Player feat and I am not sure it it would be allowed and You only have a natural Attack when you drink you Mutagen. But I don't think either stop you from taking the feat provided that you GM says it ok,

Technically they should work together, but as stated already, you don't have the ability all the time. In 3.5 if you have the ability to have the claws for 24 hours, then it can be used to qualify for a feat.

It was a bit cloudy... I figured I'd best ask seeing as Monk's can't use it.

Well that is only because monks lack any kind of natural attack unless they get it from their race, like tengu, or half-orc with the alternate racial ability.
