PaizoCon Star Wars continued - discussion thread

Hi all,
So, I've decided I must make time to finish off our Paizocon Star Wars game. Let's use this thread to discuss starting it up again and for OOC discussion during play. We'll at least finish this adventure...but maybe we can keep something going if everyone's having fun and has time to do it (no guarantees there, but I'll try).

If I recall, attendees were: mearrin69 (Me/GM), Attic Whisperer, Zylphryx, Laughing Goblin, senshi_shinri_teki, and EL-EL. If I've missed someone please let me know. Give me a hand raise to let me know you're onboard with continuing PBP and we'll pick up where we left off. If we don't get everyone back I may recruit someone from the boards to fill a role.

Our Star Wars game took place Friday night but scheduling issues put it starting around midnight so we didn't get all that far in it. There was, of course, an opening chase sequence which incorporated some 5th Element/Heavy Metal-ness, some good navigation (awesome), piloting (darned good), and shooting (actually, somewhat less than good) - though the bad guys did more damage to their airspeeder than the heroes, thanks to a lot of really shoddy piloting rolls. We ended with the group laying some suave down on a gangster Hutt who just might be able to dig up some weaponry for the fledgling Alliance to Restore the Republic...if Black Sun doesn't snuff our heroes out before they can get off of Nar Shadda that is...

Hopefully we can get it going.

Boy. That's a fine question. Seems like I might. Will sort through my stack of paper-like objects from the con to see if I can find them. Did I collect them all? It was late and my brain was so jolted by caffeine I guess my memory got zapped somewhat.

I'm 99% sure I handed mine off to you. Of course I was running on sleep deprivation ... you know that point where you are so tired you start to wake up again but the world is just a little off kilter? So make that 95% ...

I am up for continuing. I have my character. I even own the book, despite not even cracking it open until now.

Three is awesome! Five would be better, so: paging Attic Whisperer and senshi_shinri_teki. Your party is waiting in the PBP forum.

I'm going to start up the in-character thread sometime mid-week so hopefully we'll hear from you guys. If we don't see you by the end of the week I'll post a recruitment thread to see if we can pick up a techie type and a soldier type to replace your characters. But I'd be *very* sad about it... :)

Okay. I'm considering calling this off. Will give it until Wednesday evening and hope to hear from someone besides zylphryx (thanks for showing up, BTW.) Cross-posting this to the in-character thread.

Thanks for being willing to continue it via PbP. I hope the other folks show up ...
