Sword throwing halfling

Pathfinder First Edition General Discussion

hi guys. i was watching QI last night and steve was talking about a part of the beaux tapestry (sp?) where a midget or child norman walked out infront of the battle lines before the battle and started juggling swords like a jester. a veteran huscarl steped forwards laughing and the jester threw a sword that chopped the huscarls head clean off. suposedly this inspired the normans to win. it got me thinking this would be a great charicter concept. he would probably be a bard for the preformanc aspect and teh inspiration aspect. how could i do the sword throwing aspect? i seem to remember there is a feat that allows you to throw weapons as if they where therowing weapons but i leant my book to a freind for a few weeks.

the featis
Throw Anything (Combat)

You are used to throwing things you have on hand.

Benefit: You do not suffer any penalties for using an improvised ranged weapon. You receive a +1 circumstance bonus on attack rolls made with thrown splash weapons.

Normal: You take a –4 penalty on attack rolls made with an improvised weapon.

just remember swords get heavy quick.

ok so if i wanted to throw a short sword with that feat how would it work? assuming at level 1 i have +2 dex, no BAB and +1 str am i right in thinking it would do +2 1d6+1 ? with minuses to hit after the range incrediments? thanks

your to hit would be +2, damage out to 10 feet 1d6+1, after 10 feet to hit +0 and damage would be only a 1d6

Liberty's Edge

Don't forget perform(juggle) and skill focust (perform-juggle)--nothing'll ruin a day like losing a hand to a botched juggling roll.

cheers guys. how do you know what the range incrediment is? and will all o the ranged feats still work?
