Weird Science, what's the DC?

Rules Questions

I was looking over the artificier at www.d20pfsrd.com and wondering to myself what is the DC. Is it the minimum as in a wand?

Here would be my current understanding on this:

Based on this I would say that the DC is based off of the spell list you got the spell off of. If it was a wizard's spell it would be 10+spell level + your intelligence modifier.

IF it is a clerical spell your DC would be 10 + spell level + wisdom modifier.

HOWEVER:

This brings up an interesting thought -- If it's a sorcerer spell or an oracle spell then you could base almost any spell you'll want to cast off of your CHA.

Normally this could be "cheesy" but -- it means you are charisma based, arguably one of the weakest stats to be based off of in the game. SO it wouldn't bother me too much if someone did this.

Unless they manage to play an intelligent undead who gets hit points from Charisma. I don't know if there are any with lowish level adjustment, though.
