Yummy Bacon pancakes.........I am in heaven. I must try this.
I'm going to have to look up the picture I saw of this but it it was essentially a bacon egg and cheese "log":
You weave a mat out of strips of bacon and cooked it into a sheet (slightly limp still), scramble up a half dozen eggs then throw em on the mat with half a block of velveeta. Roll it up, bake until gooey, cut and serve.
Post interesting bacon recipes and pics. I'll start it off with one of the tamer ones I have seen:
I've had bacon pancakes where you cook up the bacon and crumble it into the batter, never thought of just pouring the batter over cooking bacon. This way just seems so much more satisfying.

Bacon chocolate bar ... it is INCREDIBLY good.two good things that I feel should not go together.

Hmmm, bacon vodka + tomato juice + celery stick (tastes almost like lettuce anyway) = BLT-tini?
