Not to sound like an idiot, but why would the "2010" catalog come out in August...wouldn't it be better to hold off until January and issue the "2011" version then? Just curious.

Our prime season effectively begins with Gen Con and carries on through Christmas, so we want to debut the catalog at Gen Con in August. On the other hand, the book trade does solicitations three times per year, meaning that we announce about four months of products at a time... so the catalog really won't go very far into 2011.
