How is Undead Bonus HP calculated with no Con Mod

Some later undead from 3.5 had unholy toughness, which gave them bonus hp based on their Cha mod. If I'm pathfinderizing some of those guys should I just double up on that bonus? What do people think on this?

The unholy toughness was an attempt to rectify the fact that Undead HP was laughable in 3.5. Take a stock 3.5 Dracolich - without Unholy Toughness it wasn't even barely a threat.

My advice is to rebulid 3.5 undead HD and HP in line with PF Bestiary guidelines.

When running templated or homebrewed undead, i just give undead a Con score, and attribute it instead of being healthy life force to 'actual strength of the composition of the material it is built from'.

Undead are also immune to effects that lower or damage their con scores.

when running undead from the book, i run them as written.
