Hi everyone,
despite the fact, that I recieved a follow up order and that even more packages are on its way, the order above is still missing.
I wrote several emails until now, and only one was answered after posting here. All other emails remained unanswered. In this answer I was asked to wait even longer for my order, which till today did not show up. I was to wait till 16th of July. This day is also long gone, and even though I wrote an additional two emails, I did not get any answer, so maybe posting here will help.
Actually I wanted to order some more books and was billed today for the first part of the new adventure path. Maybe I will have to reconsider supporting this otherwise great company...

I'm very sorry that we missed your follow up email(s)! We have been flooded with emails over the last several weeks, and unfortunately, it's taking us much longer than we would like to get caught up on things.
I'm sorry that your book did not make it you. It seems like it definitely should have by now. Since you have a currently pending subscription order, I have set up a replacement copy to ship with your subscription order at no additional cost to you. Hopefully this one makes it to you without being commandeered by any goblins along the way!
