Where can I find the Half-Ogre race for Pathfinder? I'm considering creating a Half-Ogre NPC in a future game, and while applying the Young Creature template to an Ogre and removing the HD, so the Half-Ogre would basically be have (assuming strait 10 to all stats) Str 17 Dex 12 Con 11 Int 6 Wis 10 Cha 7, Medium Size, Normal Speed, Darkvision, Ogre Blood: Half-Ogre counts as both human and ogre for any effect related to race, Weapon Familiarity: Greatclub and Javelin, Languages: Common and Giant.
Perhaps a better 'Half-Ogre' would be Strength +4 Dex -2, Con +2, Int -2 Cha -2 and Natural AC +2 as it was in 3.5, but including a Half-Orc-like race ability, such as qualifying for both Human and Giant types, Racial Familiarity with Greatclub and Javelin, languages of Common and Giant, Ogre's Bulk, counts as a Large Humanoid/Giant rather than a Medium. Cr 2 monster.
But I would much prefer the Pathfinder Version, so any clues on where I could go to find it would be much appreciated!

I second this.
I also have this book and the half-ogre race looks playable. It is "Pathfinderized" and it is also watered-down enough that it isn't really any more powerful than any other race.
Unlike old 3.5 rules where many non-core races had "Level Adjustments" which screwed everything up (the LA at very low levles was rarely enough, and the LA at high levels often crippled the character class compared to core races without a LA). This race has no LA and can therefore be chosen at level 1 and be roughly equal to all the other races at level 1.
Of course, some players (no, I'm not accusing the OP or anyone else - this is a general statement) want half-ogres because they want a ton of combat stats, reach, and natural AC at the cost of some worthless mental stats so they can be uber-powerful fighters or barbarians and be the supreme munchkin of the PC group. Those players won't want the race from Tome of Secrets because it lacks most of the munchkiny goodness.

Frankly, I'm less interested in the stats than having a character labouring under the same burdens as a Ogre would but with that touch of Humanity to them that allows at least a toe-hold in normal society.
And as soon as I can afford it I'll see if I can order the Print Edition, sounds interesting. Ratkin, Saurians and Half-Ogres, hmmmm....
Thank you all for your help!

I have been long looking at this as well, ever since I decided to transfer my Dragonlance village to Golarion. I have always liked the Half Ogre option.
I have looked at it two ways:
1) Half-Ogre: +4 Str, +2 Con, -2 Int, -2 Cha (Keeping the PF balance)
+1 natural AC bonus, Dark vision, Ogre Blood (as written in OP), Medium Size, 30' Move, +2 Intimidate
OR...
2) Trait: Ogre-blooded (Not a true Ogre half-breed, but down your ancestry somewhere there was that "taint") It gives the following factors to be added to the race that you take:
+2 Str, -2 Int, +1 Intimidate Checks
I would like to see some feedback on these two options. Feel free to use, or build on these if you'd like.

You could also just take Ogre Bloodline in UA in the SRD to represent ogre blood.
http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/races/bloodlines.htm
Similar to a LA, yo have to take a level in it to gain the power (but you don't have to take the level right away). When you have to take lv (or get XP penalty) is determined by how much bloodline you have (minor, intermediate , or major).
Ogres have minor and intermediate choices.
Minor Ogre bloodline has till 12th lv before must take a lv (or exp penaty).
Intermediate has till 6th.
Unlike LA, it doesn't affect ECL (you don't count the Bloodline lvs for exp gain).
