Personalizer not responding

The site keeps telling me that I have to check back later and that I can't personlaize the items I've bought. Every time I click it or refresh the page, the personalizer is still down. Its been like this for over an hour...

I'm having this same problem. I'm hosting a 30+ player Society game tonight, and I can't print out copies of some of the scenarios. Is there anything else I can do to get these personalized?

I never understood why you have to select to personalize a PDF so the you can download it. Paizo should have set it up to automatically personalize any PDF you click to download. That way this issue can be avoided!!

I imagine there is a good explanation for the way they do the personalizer.

It's not quite wake up and get going time on the west coast. I'm sure someone will be along shortly.

The main one I need is Decline of Glory. Everything else we can make photocopies of easily. If you can email me a copy, I would really appreciate it. I have it already saved on my computer at home, but that's over an hour away and I'm not going back there until after the tourney! I am at jasontroeder at yahoo. Thanks!

Personalizer is down for me as well.

E-mail me Kikai, I might be able to help. I know it's against the rules, but if the Paizo people have trouble with me helping out a fellow GM when their system is down, I'll buy an extra copy of Decline of Glory for the $3.99 in lost profits.

Well, the personalizer I think adds all the identifying things to the pdf so they know who sent it to the pirates. It doesn't do it when downloading because it takes time and having a lot of personalizers running could cause problems with any number of things. It's prudent to put it on a seperate server to avoid any hiccups that might not only take the personalizer down but the entire site.

That said. It's down. =) Hopefully it won't be down all easter weekend.
