The new oracle on the Master of the Fallen Fortress cover is looking pretty hot.. well except for the glowy scarey eyes thing. Now we gotta see the witch in her full glory!
Seoni might have some competition...
BTW.. where are the APG Iconic backgrounds? :)

I second the Merisiel vote!
I'll take the stabbity lady with attitude every time!
Not to mention that most buxom ladies can look hot in a few little wisps of cloth. Merisiel manages it in a full suit of studded leather!
Hmm...now I am starting to wonder about myself and my apparent BDSM tendencies. Uh oh...

Merisiel doesn't need to compete, because as far as I'm concerned she already won the competition.
As for the "Meet the New Iconics" blog posts... we want to probably use them to start building up anticipation for the book's release. Doing those now would be seriously jumping the gun. Expect them some time in the summer, I guess.

Ok.. then when are you going to revisit the original four like you said you would? :)

(shrug)
Probably sometime before the six new iconics get their stories.
And I suspect only Valeros, Seoni, and Merisiel will get new writeups. Kyra's is already pretty good, but maybe it could stand a rewriting...

I think this new Oracle iconic is in Seoni's league...but I don't think she edges out the original sexy sorceress.
Why? One reason: That ridiculous-looking headdress she's wearing. Seriously, seeing that thing makes me think that she's trying to do a lame Dark Helmet imitation.

Well that's something. Come on summer! :)

I still want to hear the story about Merisiel, Kyra, and Valeros in the bath house from the picture in LOF "the Jackal's Price"... there's gotta be something fun there.

Don't think we'll ever get that story. :)

Given that it's Paizo Publishing they'd be selling copy naturally.

couldn't we have both a calendar and a bikini contest? (tasteful, and erm... pg13 and all that) you know, maybe for the summer or something?
Creating a "Babes of Golarion" swimsuit calendar would be awesome, and would sell! (That would be easy to predict! :D)
But it would also be a massive undertaking and time commitment of Paizo's stable of artists.
So, would it sell enough to be worth it? (That is not so easy to predict. :()

I was always partial to Trinia myself. Still, as far as Iconics are concerned I still think Kyra is rather beautiful. I tend to have a different taste from most of the guys I know to be fair. The oracle is not quite my type. I think the glowy eyes are a bit too much and cleavage does not equal armor. Practical armor is by far the better look in my eyes.

Kyra is lovely. Those eyes and lips... plus you can't go wrong with a girl who knows how to handle a scimitar. Well, you can, but it's not a good idea...

Enough about the temple dancer with the golden rowboat on her head. She and Seoni can discuss the wonders of double-stick tape back at camp.
Now, who's the hot slab of chivalry rocking the orange tabard below her? What's his name?
...
I have to hand it to Paizo. Half your female iconics are dark skinned, which is a rarity in the 'hot ladies of fantasy' genre.

Why is it there are no hot, dwarf chicks in Pathfinder?
I sense conspiracy
i think gimli said it best lol.
"Gimli stated that only approximately one-third of their population consisted of women. Because they seldom travel outside of the Dwarves' mountain-halls and when they do they dress as men, with similar voice and appearance as male dwarves, even when they are rarely seen they are usually mistaken for a male."

In my opinion if Paizo ever did a "Girls of" or bikini calendar they need to get the artist that did all the artwork for the Wench cardgame to do the art. Or some other artist who tends to do pinup art in order to do the project justice. Alas we'll probably never see it. We can dream though.
Also I'll cast my vote for the witch.

It's frustrating that even in this decade you have to count yourself lucky when fictional universe builders remember multiple skintones exist. Golarion has made me very happy for the most part with its ethnicities.
Also, all this hate for awesome headgear is making me sad.
