Flash:

You need to choose which spell it applies to now, but it doesn't need to be one you can cast right away, so you could choose mass cure light wounds for example, and have it count as a level 6 Sorcerer/Wizard spell. You'd still need to take it as one of your spells known at that level to cast it, but you could still use spell-completion/spell-trigger items that rely on it up to that point.

We'll be using the Fast progression (it'll take forever to level in a PbP otherwise.) so you need 700 more to level up.

i'll take first steps towards recovery. which was the one i requested. +2 on diplomacy checks in the company of freinds seems quite thematic now. i was beaten by a spell. key word here is spell.

Hey, you can always take the minor magic talent and major magic talent rogue talents at 2nd and 4th levels so you can cast it too and demand a rematch :P.

if i were to take predestigitation as a 0 level spell through rogue talents, would you allow it to be used at will? the most it's going to be used for is most likely basic hygene habits. laundry, self cleansing, repairing clothing damage, replacing bathing when water is inaccessible, etc.

Nik: The area of Lore mainly concerns knowledge, languages and the arts (including dance). The area of Sword focuses of both direct combat, as well as the skills required to keep you alive in the trap filled ruins that you're likely to explore. So either would work for Nik.

The choice won't have any mechanical effect, it is just to decide which of the three deans has been most responsible for your training.

guess i'll go with sword, but Shuriken's combat focus will be dirty fighting. in other words, foul play. ninjas don't fight fair. she will use every advantageous but unfairly foul tactic thinkable. i hope the other trainees don't mind her unfair methods of milking advantages. i do not care how dishonarable or looked down upon the action may be. bonus points if it involves exploiting her perfectly maintained childlike figure as an advantage.

mundane laundry is menial. at will predestigitation is a far better method of hygene.

Lore for Daryan, because although Aram Zey's style is probably closer to what Daryan is used to, he would focus more on simply learning lots of things about the world, preparing for his travels. He also has no skill with arcane magic.

It was a toss up between Spell and Sword, but after some deliberation I decided to alter her focus slightly and veer towards the Arcane Trickster PrC. So she will actaully have access to more spells than I originally planned.
Also, I am still deciding what spell to have as her Lost Tradition choice. Is it only spells from the Cleric/Druid/Wizard lists, or are Bard/Paladin/Ranger lists available as well? Not worried as I already have a couple I'm flicking between, but just in case there are any better ones in those lists.

Lost Tradition as written only gives access to Wizard/Cleric/Druid spells, I'm a little concerned with balancing the non-full spellcaster's spells with the trait, but I will consider those spells on a case-by-case basis. The intent is that you would get the spell later than the class that casts it normally, so with paladin/ranger spells I might allow it at 2x+1 spell level, rather than x+1.

now that we have been briefed, can we go shopping? i have posted in the other thread that i will be doing so. my profile sheet is adjusted for post shopping/trading. i also realized that i have too many languages. one of which doesn't even exist. so i dropped my excess languages to bring it in line with my intellegence score.

my mom has drastically upped my workload of chores. i may post a lot less often. lucky to get a post or 2 a day. it'll be like this for quite a while. i have to juggle in other things as well. i will not specify the things i have to juggle. but my family is demanding quite a bit right now.

Add half your hit-die + 1 + your con modifier. (So 6 for you)

Then you might want to add another hit point for your favoured class bonus.
