There's been some more conversation in the discussion thread because this is the end of the adventure. There's some epilogue coming, but BT did say that there were eight dretches in the pit. He gave us credit for finishing them off after Lyria returned with the aid from the city.

The halfling girl speaks the truth. I'm sorry but I'll have to postpone the epilogue to late tonight or tomorrow.
On the bright side, it turns out that the Amulet of Proof against Detection and Location that the succubus was carrying did not belong to Elinda Bannon. If you sell it (as you probably should) that's another 2500 gp for you each.

Been really under the weather here. Sorry for the delay.
Later, after Elinda recovered somewhat from your ordeal, she tells the story over a few mugs of mulled wine in Arb Angus’s quarters. He seems palpably relieved that the wizard is alright after all things. It turns out that on one of her exploits she came upon an artefact named Mamuthek’s Aperture, with the power of opening links to diverse planes. Elinda first thought that the device was for communication, but it turned out that it was able to bring otherworldly creatures bodily into the Prime Material Plane. All it needed was a piece of soil from the appropriate plane and a piece of the creature to be summoned.
Unfortunately one of her early experiments with it (or possibly a flaw in the very item) summoned a Succubus that overpowered Elinda and stole the artefact. As Elinda delved into the dungeon to put things right she was yet again defeated and kept prisoner as the Succubus, in the guise of Elinda, tried to raise a demonic army, accidentally summoning a number of strange creatures in the process.
Elinda now considers the artefact too dangerous to keep, not least since she discovered a familiar “M” sign on its underside. She therefore has sent for a delegation of dwarves from Thunderhold, led by a paladin of Torag that’s a good friend of hers, to retrieve it and to store it safely where it can’t be used for evil purposes (and possibly help by gating in an angel or two in critical circumstances).
That concludes your adventures in the Grey Citadel, but I guess you’ll want to stick around until Elinda and Ulf Ironfist have produced your items. You get one hero point each for the resolution.

I've forgotten what the bounty for the demons was - we need to include that in the pot. And someone needs to make the Diplomacy roll to increase the reward due to killing the bodak - Roylenna's rolled an aid another that I guess could stand for the check if no one has better than a +4 on their Diplomacy...

Sounds like a good idea. :) Every party should have a bard to let everybody know exactly how heroic they are. You will have about 5000 gp each to spend, and I prefer if you'd do it sooner rather than later, so I can get on with sending you to a gruesome death.
