In fact, we found the old high chair stashed in a corner with some other furniture where the light was terrible, so I said, "Let's drag this into the middle of that brightly lit part of the abandoned restaurant. It will look creepier that way." And sure enough, it's creepy as hell. Sometimes you have to stage a little :)

By the way, what's a bundling?

Haha. That's so bizarre. He'll have to fix that.

So, if I discover and correct a $280,000 discrepancy, do I get $280,000? It's only corporate greed that's keeping me from getting my cut...

If he has them I will let you know first.

Hey guys. I have a friend of mine that is going to sell me a bunch of old A D&D stuff. Are any of you interested in the old original mini's? And he is bringing me a list of tings that aren't D&D, like Shadowrun.... I will post that as soon as I get it.

List, please. And if there's a Tiamat or Colossal Dragon for cheap, I will love you long time. Five dollar not required.

So, what is everyone doing today?

The kids? You? Both? Details on the middle.

Which reminds me. Thanks for the discount. Put to good use two nights ago. ;)

He has the old pewter ones. I know there is a dragon, but its the one that you have to assemble.

Kids, I am wearing jeans and a tank. But I love cutting up their old jeans come summer. They are so cute in cut offs. :)

Hmmm, that might be an interesting list to peruse.

CH: Ingrates.

Solnes: Thanks.

Apparently sleeping. I woke up from my nap and all I want to do is go back to sleep. Not so much gonna happen, but still feeling sleepy. Then again, that is my normal reaction to intense pain. It's rainy and humid here today and this seems to make the injured rib ache more. :(

We almost finished with Dragonfall last night. Sadly, still have one combat left. The beginning of the module was totally awesome, but now it's dragging. Going into every combat feeling like you're all going to die in this one gets old. But we have been promised awesome treasure and a level raise at the end of this, so that's not too shabby. :)

This is our first time playing through the higher levels. Okay, we're not even really to high level yet. We're just leveling up to twelve. Since we usually stop at ten (not by my choice, that's just when the group usually falls apart) it's definitely eye-opening to see how challenging combat can be now. And we have some extra challenge in that there's only the two of us left. This started out as a party of six characters at first level. But I would dearly love to play these characters all the way through to twentieth. So far the other player feels the same. But we both agree that we are probably never doing this ever again. :)

Dunno. I haven't left. In two days. o.O

'Lo all. Just taking a breather. Got a truckload of dump loam and a load of horse manure today. The rain we got yesterday is now being rapidy turned into rampant mugginess. I think I need a break :/

My partner has been kind of stir-crazy. He just wants somebody to get him out of the house, when all I want to do is actually have some spare time to spend at home. There's got to be a happy medium somewhere.

Somehow that seems like it would combine the worst qualities of each.

I suspect this is the closest Moff will ever come to a "your mom" joke.

I'm going to put this one down on the 'don't ask, don't tell' list and move onto the next post to comment.

Hardware or office supply store. Nobody can be unhappy in one of those.

Only thing I can think of - take him to visit someone who has a backyard and arrange for them to BBQ.

So I'm not the only one with a strange attraction to office/school supplies. Good. I'm not completely insane.

Ya'll are thinking small. Go to a bookstore! A little slice of heaven for mortals.

Bookstores are totally the winner in my opinion. But he's been going to them a lot. Meh. Not much to be done about it.

No argument about bookstores, I can spend hours there. I just think it's funny that I can't go into a Target or Wal-mart without wandering into the school and office supply section.

Same here. Bookstores kick ass! Hell, just this Sunday past, I ran out to the grocery store and the hardware store, and stopped in at the nearby Barnes and Noble just because.

I really hate going to the doctor. I am so sick of being prodded, poked, groped, blinded by little lights, and everything else you might imagine. I am also tired of being spoken to like I am an idiot for a major part of my afternoon.

And after all of that, nothing changed. He is keeping me on the same drugs that have little to no effect on my Fibro. Its like he wasn't listening to me at all.

Well, something did change, I guess. I learned I need to find a new doctor, preferably a specialist. Because if I stay here I can guarantee nothing will change.

Otherwise I had a great weekend and finally got to spend large amounts of quality time with my partner. That was wonderful in the extreme.

I thought you just finished saying above that you didn't like to be groped... ;)

Nice. :) There is good groping and bad groping certainly.
