I am so happy right now that I can stream my music through means not dependent on the wired internet in the building. I think I might go insane without Pandora.
I use my laptop as the world's biggest iPod.
I actually own very little music. It would take me hundreds of dollars to buy the variety and quantity of music Pandora delivers to me. And then I would just put it on shuffle anyway.
My iPod is mostly filled with audiobooks. Which, incidentally, the iPod reads as regular songs, so it makes shuffling what music I do own and have on the device inconvenient.

You guys were EXTREMELY lenient with them. I hope you get someone a bit more reliable. I'd be choking someone the entire time the site was down if it was my site. That is unacceptable.
