"The 8th Dwarf" was the name of a tavern in my old homebrew. Also, one of my PBP PCs is the 8th of 7 dwarves.

K - Funny we have a Pandimentional tavern called the Split Wench. It has appered in every campaign I have run since the 1980's. Its a Franchise it has been found in Middle Earth, Greyhawk, Seattle, and so on.
The name a play on the 7 dwarves and a "The Hobbit" reference the 8th Dwarf through the door (Oin) was the name of a Dwarf Rigger character from a shadowrun campaign.
