Earlier this year, I used the Gaia Dream Avatar Maker program to create chibi (cute anime-styled) mock-ups of prominent NPCs for the Ravenloft campaign setting as a joke. Someone recently reminded me of that project, so I thought I would turn my GDAM skills to Pathfinder as well.
If you want to try the engine out yourself to make your own (or post up corrections to mine), the thread is going to contain direct links to the originals.

Now I'm wondering what just how much of a Pathfinder/Gaia community crossover there may be...
I cannot imagine how Seoni isn't in your top six... or are you saving the best for last?
I suspect it's because there aren't a lot of items that really make a Gaia avatar's bust big enough.
And appropriate items would be few and far between, too...

I started with the easiest ones, the ones where I didn't have to do any weird combos to make decent mock-ups of their outfits. The hard ones will get done tonight while I'm at work and have nothing better to do than stare at a computer screen, screaming "Why don't you have a cleavage-exposing red thingamajig?!" ;)

Next up...
Her outfit turned out to have more red in it than I would have liked, but there's not really a lot of brown in the maker. Also, I didn't even notice until tonight, upon very close examination, that Amiri isn't wearing pants. o.o

I'm actually really proud of how she came out. ^_^
Now that the iconics are done, if anyone has requests for specific NPCs from adventures or the setting, I'd be happy to do those. Or if anyone wants to show off their own creativity, please jump in!

Someone with more technical skill than me could probably resize them appropriately. You would just need to resize to 90hx73w, then add 17w to the picture and preserve the transparency. I say "just", despite the fact that I lack Photoshop, so there's no way I could do it myself...

Don't forget the Chibi version of the APG iconics.
Sadly, I can't do those until the APG comes out, since we don't have any idea what their color scheme is like until the finished work is available. Not to mention that they don't have names yet. As soon as it is out, though, I'll come back and add them.

Oh, it's doable... but the couple I tried don't read very well. Too much detail gets munged.

SO, I just cropped the chibi avatars to 90x90 since resizing did destroy the detail. I just did 4, just to see how they'd work out:
Tell me what you think, and if it's worth doing the rest. You lose a lot of the awesome body stuff though :-(

Those aren't too bad. I agree that you lose a little detail, but losing the feet isn't too bad for most of these. I'd appreciate it if you would do all of them up just so I could use them on other forums that allow avatar uploading. And dibs on Valeros! ^_^

Chibi white dragon! This one is actually sort of cheating, since they have a "replace your character with a dragon" option. =3
Chibi drow! A personal preference here: I don't like the drow art in the Bestiary, so I went with something a little more... classic... for inspiration. XD
