Yeah, you do that. Then have a Hanaukka party, invite Bill Goldburgh, and let me know how it turns out for you. :P

The question is ... who would be dogging who. Heh heh heh.

I'm no longer depressed over monsters. Chris Pramas is the man!
Agreed. I was shocked to see that and had to respond. Loves me Freeport. Never played in there, but sooooo much stuff worth stealing from. I wasn't sure whether he was going to support Pathfinder or go his own route.

I bought some of the Freeport pdfs. Freeport isn't what I wanted from them, but I'll have to support it so that they move on to some of the other ones. Seriously, the first d20 stuff I bought after Wizards, and of course, higher quality than MG.

Whatever it is, make it worth your while since it's on the company reimbursement expense. :D

I have a good number of their dead tree stuff here from home that I got from ... HPB (like you're surprised).
What's MG?

Let's see, last night you had a burger. So tonight you should have a BURGER. But this time order a shake to go with.
I'm pretty much one diminsional. :P

Same here. Although, they were also the first company that I ordered new copies from. Drow, baby!
EDIT: Didn't want to smack talk another company. One named for a small mammal known for killing snakes.

I suddenly realized what the time difference meant!
There is a University of Kentucky BBall game going on right now!
Dinner dropped to number two on the list of things to do. it is only 1730 out here.

I figured out what was keeping me from logging into facebook here. I copied my password from a word doc twice (original and reentry...) when I made my account but ended up unintentionally copying a space at the end of the string of characters. So, when I transcribed it from my doc printout to my account log-in, I was missing the " " at the end.

Sorry if I'm repeating myself...MG?

If I had to guess, it's a game company whose name is a relative of the ferret.
I bought a lot of 3PP stuff at the outset, and MG disappointed me greatly. I'm guessing they've gotten a lot better.

We expect pictures of donkeys, illegal aliens, whales, and hoores on your FB photo page. :P

Oh, them. Yeah, I have to agree. It's a serious hit or miss with them.
Even though it's not d20, the game whose production quality I really love is Dark Heresy / Rogue Trader by FFG. It rivals Pathfinder.

Stupid me left my adapter at home. :( So, I can't download my pics while I am here. I will hopefully get some up sometime after I return.

Whoa. That was a lot of ghosting. Sorry, Urizen. Didn't see all these until after I edited my post above. Taig had it right. I only mentioned them because I discovered all the 3PPs first through HPB, and there were always a lot of their stuff. Sometimes, even more than Wotc's stuff.

Just checking in. I stopped posting pretty abruptly this afternoon because my workday took a turn for the crappy. A $60,000 mistake and a few b%$~!y emails later, and I was ready to get out of there. (All of it should be okay, really - I've seen much worse and it's all very fixable, but I could do without the headache.)
Happy Birthday, Lynora!

Oh, yeah. FFG is doing good work, although I think it's building off of work that's already been done. Generally speaking, I liked their d20 stuff--even the products they were "phoning in" had *some* good stuff in it.

Well, they had Dragonstar and the Legends & Lore stuff which I liked, but I agree with you. But as for Dark Heresy, I was focusing more on the presentation artwork rather than actual content. When you pick up one of their books at B&N or Borders, it feels gritty and dirty. It feels like Pitch Black + Event Horizon.

Wow! I hope that gets resolved. It sounds nasty to me, but I guess it's not that bad from what you've said.

I loved Pitch Black and Event Horizon was okay. I may have to check out Dark Heresy.

Definitely! If I wasn't giving all my money to Paizo, I'd consider picking their books up.
