Hello all. I've been a bit swamped lately at work but the itch to start up a game is too strong to ignore. I know that the holidays are coming up, but I just want to see if any of my old pals are still around. Anyone who has played in one of my games and enjoyed it gets first shot.
For those who haven't, I'm considering a Pathfinder PBP, core rules only, playing Morrick Mansion by Necromancer games. Starting level for new characters will probably be 2, using 20 point buy and half normal starting gold. I'd describe myself as a slightly zany old-school hack'n'slash DM.
For those who care, I could probably be convinced to reopen Barakus if you should prefer that. :)
The game is on after Epiphany (January 6), but I want to give the old gang a chance to see this. There will probably be a spot or two for newcomers too. ;)

Well, since there seems to be a fair bit of interest, I think there is no harm in getting the ball rolling. This is how we'll do it:
To reflect the unfairness of the world, anyone with an existing character in my campaign is entitled to keep your xp total, whether you keep your character or make a new one. That should put most of you at level 3. All others start at 3739 xp, putting you at level 2 (we're using medium progression), but with hope of advancement.
I'll start with eight players. If everything works out, we'll start by clearing a certain undead-infested cave. Core classes and the ones from the APG are acceptable. Races are core with some minor tweaks. The campaign setting is the Wilderlands and I use Pathfinder deities.
I'll need a roll call, so please tell me what you want to play (class and race) and whether we'll see any familiar faces.
BT, I am a newbie to your campaign, but if accepted, I would like to play a sorceror, as stated above. Probably either draconic or Destined bloodline. Probably human, but I Would be open to making any tweaks needed for your game.

And technically, I didn't turn down the spot in your game totally because of the full dance card, there were extenuating circumstances that were not worth explaining then or now.

I'll take eight characters for the preliminary raid and then see how many players are still with us after that. Seri, Kevin-Eric, Gerald are first in line. The rest of you I can't promise to play but you are welcome to create characters and I'll slot you in at the first opportunity.

Same creation rules as above, starting level 2. Good alignments preferred, and I'll give precedence to those who expressed interest before.

Welcome then. Just feel free to jump on the bandwagon. How soon can you put your character together? You can meet the others at the inn (possibly even looking for them) with some holy water and other suitable equipment (subject to your total gold of course, and remember that you start with half the normal amount).
