Good companion sheet for Summoner's eidolon

I am wanting to get one going for this weekend, and I was wondering if there are any good animal/henchman companion sheets available for an eidolon. With the amount of specials they get, they are going to need the room for information.

I was going to give mine their own character sheets if they need that much space.
