Under the atonement spell description, it states that you can atone for a magically changed alignment. It also gives you the option of magically changing another person's alignment, but only if they're willing. Are there other ways to change somebody's alignment, preferably ways that are unwilling on the part of the changing person? Inquiring minds and all...

I'm not sure about rules-as-written, but I know many DM who feel that casting a spell with an alignment descriptor is an act in accord with that descriptor, and that repeated castings will shift a character's alignment.
(Or, even, heck, one casting, according to one DM on the PFS boards, who declared that, at his tables, casting animate dead just once would turn a character evil, and therefore make him an NPC in PFS play.)

Creating undead is no longer an evil act in PFS. It has been well know that creating un-intelligent undead is a neutral act. If this is true to your game I suggest you talk to the boards for PFS.

Is this a PFS-specific thing? Because Animate Dead is still "necromancy [evil]".

It's always a matter of scope. If you use protection from evil as a devil-worshipper because you want to go eradicate demons who attacked your temple, I wouldn't call that an act of good really.
For me, the descriptor in of itself is worth 0.01 points of evil/chaos/order/goodness or something like that. Stuff like following a law even though it puts you at a disadvantage is probably worth 10 points of law or something like that).
Divine casters still don't get to cast those spells, of course.

You can't be evil in PFS? I didn't know that. Anyway, I hope he tells it to people up front, so they can avoid him like the plague. I mean, people like that probably have other issues as well.
