So I'm building my concept of a physically imposing Druid (Druid-6 with High Str, Divine Bond: Fire),slowly descending into savagery (motive for future Barbarian levels) due to the loss of his forest homeland and I came across an "Intimidate" conundrum.
Doesn't it seem plausible that when I turn into a black panther that I should be able to intimdate my foes? I mean I can intimidate as a human why on earth would a monster be cowered by my human but not fear a fricking black panther (translated from Dire Tiger lol).
Let me know what you guys think.

I assume your talking about this line:
Action
Using Intimidate to change an opponent’s attitude requires 1 minute of conversation. Demoralizing an opponent is a standard action.
To make someone afraid of you in combat (demoralize) should still work. A panther growling at me sounds likely enough to make me afraid.
The use that requires conversation is basically bullying them into being friendly. That makes sense as well. Even if I know that people sometimes turn into a panthers, a panther growling at me isn't going to get the response of "what do you want me to do"?
If the panther starts talking, then this I might do what he wants, but then you're fulfilling the conversation part. In short, unless there's some form of communication, I'm not going to know what you want me to do. I could see using pantomime or drawing pictures on the ground as a valid form of conversation but just being a growling panther seems unlikely to get me to do anything helpful to you other than leave (assuming you consider that helpful).

I think you should get at least a circumstance bonus in Big Honking Cat Mode. Then again, I'd probably just bring out the catnip.
Of course, you could always take up residence in a specific room in the LA branch of an evil interdimensional law firm and make this all a moot point.
